"They have been great with communication when their underwriting department needed us to fix some things for our coverage. Fast replies back to emails and phone calls. Great office to work with. Liberty Mutal was raising our homeowners through the roof (when we filed no claims in the 5 years we had them) because of the hurricanes and tornadoes in Florida and North Carolina. We were able to transfer over to State Farm and they saved us over 5k in what Liberty Mutual was going to raise us up to "because of the catastrophic occurrences in our region". All other insurance companies we spoke with said LM was ridiculous for raising it that high. State Farm came in where we needed it and for the exact same coverage we had when we bought our house in 2019. We are very happy with our switch to State Farm."
